DESCRIPTION:TRINITY BACH PROJECT presents “Bach & Honour\,” Saturday\, June 21\, 8 pm\, at Little Trinity. In this one-hour program\, twelve singers and a lush chamber orchestra of baroque flutes\, oboes\, and strings bring the solace of J. S. Bach’s Cantata BWV 107 (“Why do you want to distress yourself”) and the jubilation of Cantata BWV 117 (“Praise and honour to the highest good”)\, along with a cappella works by William Byrd\, Arvo Pärt\, and Charles Villiers Stanford.\n\nTickets available at trinitybachproject.org/concerts ($30 Adult / $20 Budget / $10 Student) and at the door on concert night.
