Love God,
Grow Together,
Serve the World.
No matter where you’re coming from,
there’s a place for you here.
Alpha is a great place to ask questions, explore the Christian faith, and connect with others on a similar journey.
Visiting a church for the first time can feel like a big step. Whether you’re exploring faith, returning after some time away, or simply curious—you’re very welcome here.
Kids & Families
We love having kids as part of our church community. During our 9:00am and 10:45am services, we offer age-appropriate programs where children can learn
about faith in a fun and engaging way.
Check-in takes place at Little Trinity House (417 King St. East). On most Sundays, kids return to the service near the end so families can leave together.
A Friendly, Relaxed Atmosphere
You don’t need to have anything figured out before you come. People join us from all kinds of backgrounds and at different stages of faith.
Come as you are—there’s no dress code, and no pressure. You’re free to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
Services
Our Sunday services follow a simple, historic pattern of worship called liturgy, which means “the work of the people.”
This includes prayers, Bible readings, a sermon, music, and Communion. It’s not a performance to watch, but something we take part in together.
If this is new to you, don’t worry—everything is guided from the front, and our printed bulletin helps explain what’s happening along the way.
Music
We sing a mix of contemporary and classic songs that help us reflect on who God is and what he’s done. You’re welcome to sing along or just listen.
Sermons
Each week, the sermon opens the Bible and explores what it means for everyday life—our questions, struggles, relationships, and hopes. At the heart of it all is the good news of Jesus and how God is making all things new.
Prayer
We believe God is present and at work. During the service, there are moments for prayer and quiet reflection.
After the service, you’re also welcome to receive personal prayer if that’s something you would like.
Communion
On most Sundays, we share Communion (the Lord’s Supper or the Eucharist) together—a meal of bread and wine that rehearses and celebrates Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection.
If you prefer not to receive Communion, that’s completely okay. You can remain in your seat or come forward for a simple prayer of blessing instead.
After the Service
Many people stay afterward to talk, meet others, and enjoy coffee. There’s no obligation to stay, but it’s a great way to connect if you’d like.
