Clusters are neighbourhood groups that are gathered around local geographic areas in Toronto for prayer and fellowship, mobilised to serve the needs of their neighbourhoods. Each Cluster has organised plans for local service outreach, has partnered with a local organisation to serve their area, and meets regularly for socials to deepen in relationship together.

- Downtown: from Bathurst to the DVP (plus Queens Quay), and from Bloor St. to Lake Ontario
- Centre East: from the DVP to Coxwell
- Midtown: north of Bloor, from Bathurst to the DVP
- East: east of Coxwell and the DVP
- West: west of Bathurst
