Trinity Bach Project Concert
May 10 @ 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Baroque flutes, oboes, strings, and voices bring the earnest encouragement of Cantata BWV 107 Was willst du dich betrüben (“Why do you want to distress yourself”) and the jubilation of Cantata BWV 117 Sei Lob und Ehr dem höchsten Gut (“Praise and honour to the highest good”) to conclude our third season, featuring a lush chamber orchestra and the many remarkable vocal soloists that make up TBP’s choir. The one-hour program includes a cappella works by William Byrd, Arvo Pärt, and Charles Villiers Stanford.
