LT Women’s Group (*Apr 26)

Sat, Apr 26, 10am-12pm, Parish Hall – The next women’s group is on April 26 (adjusted from Apr 20 because of Holy Week) from 10-12 as usual, with a potluck breakfast. In keeping with our church’s desire to seek justice, Beth Hayhoe, a nurse practitioner who has been involved with Yonge Street Mission’s Evergreen Health Centre for almost 30 years, will be be presenting on the book “Just act: We are the solution to poverty”, by YSM’s CEO Angie Peters. FREE copies of the book will be available at the back of the church in case you want to preread. Once you have read the book, it would be great if you could pass it on to someone else!
